Source Colorado is a full-service sales force for buyers and sellers of wholesale cannabis. We provide licensed cultivators, dispensaries, and processors with the connections they need to expand their network and grow their business.
Our account managers travel statewide searching for Colorado’s premier cannabis suppliers and retailers. We carefully choose which licensed facilities we will represent and sign contracts with our handpicked suppliers. This allows us to secure better pricing and those savings get passed on the wholesale buyer.
We are committed to meeting every client’s needs, no matter how remote their location or the size of their inventory. With offices in both Denver and Crested Butte, our transportation specialists can distribute products efficiently to anywhere in Colorado.

CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER
Connor Thompson
Source Co-Founder Connor Thompson is dedicated to creating an innovative and efficient model for serving the wholesale needs of the marijuana industry. He is committed to streamlining the wholesale/retailer connection and sourcing the best possible product in Colorado for the preeminent prices. Having resided in Crested Butte since 2010, Connor has witnessed the growth of the marijuana industry and has been involved with several business grow build outs and designs.

Dan Lauber
Source Co-Founder Dan Lauber is responsible for new business development, marketing and communications strategy for Source. Dan carried his 2+ years of results-oriented business development and marketing experience over to the Source team in 2015. He developed his expertise in strategic planning, brand development, integrated marketing and communications functions at a leading organization in the information governance and records management field. Dan graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business Management and Agricultural Economics.

Alex Poteracki
Alex Poteracki joined Source Colorado in May 2017. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Alex spent four years working in the medical marijuana industry in California, where she gained a vast knowledge for cannabis. After leaving California, she spent two years in Austin, Texas handling operations for Expedia. Her industry experience combined with business operations experience makes her a great fit for the Source team. Alex now lives in Salida and manages territories across the Western Slope and Southern Colorado.

Chris Clark
Chris Clark joined in September 2023, bringing with him a diverse background in media, agriculture, and sales. Previously, he managed sales at a craft brewery in Salida, where he now resides. As a Colorado Native, Chris has a thorough understanding of the local landscape, which, coupled with his strong sales skills, have positioned him as the perfect fit for Western Slope sales.

DANI Micciulla
After 8 years in the industry, Dani Micciulla joined Source Colorado in October 2022. Her experience in the cannabis industry spans all aspects of business, from cultivation and inventory management, to purchasing and sales. This comprehensive understanding of the industry mixed with her passion for cannabis has made her a great fit for the Source Colorado team. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Dani now lives in Denver and manages Denver and the Southern Front Range territories.

PJ FAULKNER
PJ Faulkner joined Source Colorado in August 2022 after spending 13 years in the healthcare industry, where he specialized in sleep disorders. In 2020, PJ transitioned to the cannabis industry and gained two years of invaluable experience immersed in sales. With his diverse background, PJ seamlessly transitioned into his role as a territory manager, expertly managing accounts across Denver and Northern Colorado. His deep knowledge of healthcare and cannabis sales makes him a valuable asset to Source Colorado.
